New Orleans Faculty Roundtable
Dinner and conversation on all things good, true and beautiful.

The power and beauty of conversation.
When there’s a give and take, and you are heightening an idea, exploring it together, that is my favorite thing in the world. I love a small dinner party – let’s say six people, max, where everybody’s having the same conversation. That’s my favorite thing in the world.
— Baron Vaughn
Roundtable dinners are dedicated to fostering conversations that explore the Big Questions of all things good, true and beautiful and their intersections with contemporary academic thought, work and life in the university context.
The Faculty Roundtable is based upon and adapts the approaches and experience of the Cambridge Roundtable to the needs of the university communities of New Orleans.
The Roundtable explicitly welcomes the participation of scholars from across the worldview spectrum from theist to non-theist to atheist (and every way-station along that path).
